In fact, the land was gifted to the Presbyterian Church and the community of Blockhouse Bay in 1858.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our Vision <\/strong><em>(what we want to be):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be a church community that reflects God\u2019s unfailing love for all people by living and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, the message of hope for today\u2019s world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <strong>Mission <\/strong><em>(what we do):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are on a journey as disciples of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, learning how to serve each other and effectively share our faith.
